Product support
Use the support page for sign-in questions, schedule imports, reminders, sharing, app behavior, and feedback. Include the device, app version, and a short description of what happened when those details are relevant.
You can also email support@getmysched.com. A support request is the best path for account or schedule details because it gives the team enough context to investigate.
Privacy and security
Send security reports, suspected vulnerabilities, or reports involving sensitive data to security@getmysched.com. Please avoid including passwords, access tokens, or private schedule data in an initial report.
