Turn a screenshot of your class schedule into a timetable

MySched reads a screenshot, photo, or PDF of your class schedule and builds your weekly timetable. You check every class before anything is saved. Free on iPhone, iPad, and Android.

How it works

  1. Take a clear screenshot of your schedule

Capture the full schedule table, for example from your student portal or the class list on your registration form. A PDF works too. Blurry or tightly cropped images are harder to read.

  2. Open import in MySched

Choose up to five images or PDF pages. Keep each image under 15 MB and the whole import under 40 MB. You can also share an image to MySched from Photos, Files, or another app.

  3. MySched reads it on your phone

Reading starts on your device and turns the image into a draft list of classes with days, times, rooms, and course codes.

  4. Review, fix, and save

Nothing is saved until you confirm it. Tap a class to correct it, remove rows you do not need, check every day and time, then tap Save. Your week appears as a timetable with reminders ready to set.

What you get after importing

  • A weekly timetable that shows what is next and where.
  • Class reminders you can set minutes ahead, plus morning and evening summaries.
  • Attendance tracking with warnings before you reach your absence limit.
  • Tasks, exams, grades, and your GWA next to the classes they belong to.
  • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
  • A code, link, or QR code to share the schedule with classmates.

Questions about screenshot import

Not by default. Reading starts on your device. Improved reading is an optional path for crowded or hard-to-read timetables: if it is available for an import, MySched sends the selected image or text only after you tap Continue, and uses it only to read the schedule. Keep the on-device draft, paste text, or add classes by hand if you would rather not send it. Details are in the AI schedule reader guide.

Fix it on the review screen before saving. Any reader can misread a day, time, room, or course code, which is why MySched always shows you the draft first.

Yes. Paste your timetable as text and MySched turns it into class rows, or choose Add manually and enter each class yourself.

No. Import, review, and use your schedule offline without an account.

Not always. Some schools provide an official schedule by school, term, and section, or post a MySched timetable link or QR code. When that is available, choose Find your school or open the link instead.
