MySched

Import

Turn a screenshot, pasted text, or manual entry into a live schedule.

Importing is how your timetable becomes a live schedule. The fastest path is a screenshot, read right on your device. You can also paste text or add classes by hand. It all runs from More ▸ Manage Schedule, and it's the same flow you meet during setup.

Import a screenshot

This is the recommended path and works for almost any school.

  1. Take a screenshot of your timetable, from your student portal or wherever it lives.
  2. Open import and tap Choose Screenshot.
  3. MySched reads it on your device and shows the classes it detected.
  4. Review the result, then save.

Nothing leaves your phone to read the image. MySched uses Apple's on-device text recognition, then a parser that turns the text into class rows.

For a clean read

Use a clear, well-lit screenshot that shows the full schedule table. Cropped or blurry images are harder to read.

Paste text instead

If you have your schedule as text, tap Paste Schedule Text and paste it in. MySched parses it the same way it parses a screenshot, then takes you to review.

Add classes by hand

If nothing parses, or you just have a class or two, choose Add manually and enter each class yourself. This is always available as a fallback.

Review what was detected

Before anything is saved, you get a review screen.

  • A confidence label tells you how sure the parser is.
  • Swipe a class left to delete it. Tap a class to fix its details or appearance.
  • MySched won't save event or announcement posts as recurring classes. If a screenshot looks like an announcement, it tells you and offers a task draft instead.
  • Tap Save to add the classes to your schedule.

An optional AI step can help with hard-to-read screenshots. It's off by default today and appears only when your school has it enabled, so the on-device read plus your review is the path you'll use.

Official schedules

A small number of schools have an official published schedule you can pick by school and section. Where that exists, choose Find your school. For everywhere else, the screenshot path above is the way in.
