Exams
Keep prelims, midterms, and finals with a date, time, class, and coverage, and get an exam reminder and countdown before each one.
Open the Tasks tab to manage exams alongside assignments and to-dos. Use the filter menu and choose Exams when you want an exams-only view.
Exams remain distinct scheduled events underneath the shared timeline. They keep their exact date, time, class, coverage, countdown, and history rather than behaving like checkable tasks.
When you are signed in, exams sync to your account. When you are signed out, they stay on that device.
Add an exam
- Tap +. On Android, choose New exam.
- Enter a title, such as Midterm or Final.
- Add a course code if you want.
- Set the date and time.
- Add what the exam covers.
An exam reminder is on by default, set to 60 minutes before the exam. You can turn it off or pick a different lead time in the exam editor. Reminders need notifications allowed; see Reminders.
See what's coming
In the default All view, active exams appear beside tasks in Today or Upcoming. Past exams move to the collapsed Past Exams section. Choose the Exams filter to focus only on those event records. Tap an exam to open its details and edit or delete it.
On Android, turn on Exams mode in the study-plan sheet to build longer study blocks from your actual upcoming exams. MySched uses the exam date and time as the deadline; no keyword task is required. See Study planning.
