Contact support
How to reach the MySched team from the app or the website, what to include so a person can help quickly, and what is safe to attach.
A real person reads every support message. Try the guides first when the question is about setup; write to us when something is broken or your schedule looks wrong.
Send a message from the app
Open Settings, then Help & feedback, then tap Send a message. Pick the category that fits and describe what happened. The reply goes to the email the form shows, which in the app is your account email.
From the website
The support page has the same form for when the app is not at hand, and you can also email support@getmysched.com directly.
What to include
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
- Your school name, and if the schedule looks wrong, the course and section that are wrong.
- Whether it happens every time, and when it started.
- Anything you already tried from Troubleshooting or the FAQ.
Attachments and privacy
When the form offers attachments, you can add up to three files. Each one is a JPEG, PNG, or PDF smaller than 5 MB. A screenshot of the screen where the problem happened is usually enough.
Attachments reach the support team only. Do not attach anything that identifies you or someone else beyond what the problem needs: no registration cards, school IDs, passwords, or screenshots that show another student's information. See Account & privacy for what MySched stores and what you can delete.
When you will hear back
We usually reply within two business days. If the reply has not arrived, check your spam and other inbox folders.
