Who is MySched for?
Students at Immaculate Conception Institutions (CSIT) who get a printed registration card and want their schedule on their phone.
Is it free?
Yes, on both iPhone and Android.
Do I need an account?
Signing in lets MySched back up your schedule. Without an account, your data only exists on one device.
Scanning
Can I use a photo I already have?
Yes. When scanning, pick from your gallery instead of taking a new photo.
What if the scan gets something wrong?
You can edit every field before saving. Tap the mistake, fix it, move on.
What if my card won't scan at all?
Enter your section code manually, or add classes one by one. Faded print and unusual layouts sometimes trip up the scanner.
Schedule & Features
Do I need internet to use it?
Only for the initial download, sign-in, and syncing. After that, your schedule and reminders work offline.
How do I find a free room?
Open Room Finder, set the day and time, then view available rooms.
How do I look up an instructor?
Open Instructor Finder and search by name.
Can I share my schedule?
Tap the share button to get a link. Anyone can view it in their browser without installing the app.
Can I print my schedule?
Export it as a PDF from the schedule screen.
Reminders
What's the difference between a notification and an alarm?
A notification is a banner. An alarm (Android only) is a full-screen alert with dismiss and snooze — harder to miss.
Sync & Data
What happens if I edit offline on two devices?
MySched detects the conflict when both devices sync and asks which version to keep.
What data does MySched collect?
Your schedule, account info (encrypted), preferences, and reminders. Nothing else. Full details
Account
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. This removes everything permanently. Details
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. A reset code is sent to your email.
