Dashboard
See the class happening now, your next class with a countdown, and the tasks and exams due today, all on one MySched screen.
The first tab is Dashboard on iPhone, iPad, and Android. It puts the next useful thing at the top.
On a school day
You can see:
- your current or next class and its countdown;
- today's classes in order, with the current class highlighted;
- tasks due today;
- exams coming up this week;
- a suggested time to study, based on your open tasks and free time;
- your class load for the week;
- your attendance rate or an at-risk course;
- personal events and no-class days on iPhone and iPad; and
- how far into the term you are.
On a light day
When there are no classes or unfinished tasks, MySched shows your next class, tasks due soon, the weekly class load, and attendance.
If a class ended without a check-in, a review row can appear near the top so you can mark it.
Things you can do here
- Tap a class to open its details and mark attendance.
- Use I'm here when it appears for a current class.
- Mark a task Done, delete it, or move it to tomorrow.
- Add a suggested study block to Tasks when you want it.
- Pull down to refresh.
Make it yours
Open You ▸ Settings ▸ Today to choose which cards appear. You can turn off the greeting name, the study suggestion, the weekly chart, personal events, and classes that already ended. You can also pick how early the next-class countdown starts and whether Dashboard stays open on days with no classes.
Hiding a class or card here changes what Dashboard shows. It does not change your reminders or attendance records.
Offline is fine
An offline message means MySched is showing your last saved schedule. It can update after you reconnect.
