MySched

Widgets & controls

Your schedule on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, and in Control Center.

MySched ships a set of widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen, plus a few quick controls for Control Center. Add the ones that match how you check your day.

Widgets

Long-press your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap + (or Edit), and search for MySched. Each widget updates on its own and opens the app when you tap it.

  • Next Class: Now or Up next, with a live countdown and the room. The medium size lists up to three of today's remaining classes and adds an I'm here check-in.
  • Today: your full day as a list, with tasks due, and the class that's on now highlighted.
  • Week: how many classes you have each weekday, with a per-day load bar.
  • Free time: whether you're free right now, and until when, or your next class if not.
  • Dashboard: a combined view of your next class, tasks, and attendance at a glance.
  • Tasks due: your overdue and due-today tasks in one place.
  • Attendance: your overall percentage plus the course that needs attention, with an at-risk flag. Pick which course it focuses on when you add it.
  • Term countdown: days left in the term, or when it starts, or that it's ended.

Widget check-ins are saved and become a Present record when you next open that class the same week. See Attendance.

Controls

MySched adds four controls you can drop into Control Center, the Lock Screen, or the Action button.

  • Next Class: opens your schedule.
  • Import Screenshot: opens MySched straight to screenshot import.
  • Quick Add Task: opens the new-task editor.
  • Classes Suspended: opens MySched and toggles today's classes off, for a suspension or holiday.

To add one, open Control Center, tap +, choose Add a Control, and look under MySched.
