Settings

Open You and tap the settings icon in the top-right corner. Your profile, schedule management, and sharing have their own rows in You.

What lives in You, not Settings

• Manage classes: re-import, change an official section, choose another school, or clear the schedule.
• Share: export an image, publish a shared schedule, or move a .mysched file.
• Join with code or Shared schedule: join a classmate's schedule or manage one you joined.
• Attendance, Grades, and Past terms.
• Your profile or Sign In or Create Account.
• Rate MySched and Send feedback.

Notifications

• Class reminders: turn reminders on or off, choose 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes before class, and add a leave-now buffer for the first class of the day.
• Attendance warnings: get a nudge when a course slips near its at-risk threshold.
• Did you attend?: a reminder after class to record your attendance. It starts on.
• Reminder sounds: pick the alert sound where the platform offers one. On iPhone and iPad, the sound applies to every MySched reminder.
• Summaries: a morning summary of the day's classes and an evening preview of tomorrow. The evening preview is off by default.

If notifications are blocked, MySched shows where to turn them back on.

Today

Choose which cards appear on Dashboard, including the greeting name, study suggestion, weekly chart, personal events on iPhone and iPad, and classes that already ended. See Dashboard.

Schedule & calendar

This section shows read-only details such as your school, term, term status, section, and last synced time.

For schedules without official term dates, you can turn on Remind me to import next term and set Semester ends. When a term ends, MySched can archive it under You ▸ Past terms so you can keep its grades and attendance for reference.

Export to Calendar

Add all to Apple Calendar on iPhone and iPad adds your schedule as recurring events. It is a copy: later MySched changes do not update events already exported. Exporting again may create duplicates.

The matching Calendar export on Android adds your schedule as recurring events too.

Sync to Google or Apple Calendar

This creates a private subscription link for your schedule. Add the link to a calendar app once, and the calendar can refresh it as your schedule changes.

• The link publishes your schedule out. Calendar edits do not change MySched, and MySched does not read your existing calendars.
• On iPhone and iPad, Open in Apple Calendar can subscribe directly.

• On Android, copy or share the link, then add it from your calendar app.

• In Google Calendar on the web, use Settings → Add calendar → From URL.
• Treat the link like a password. Anyone who has it can read the schedule.
• Stop calendar sync revokes the link. Remove the old subscription from your calendar app too.

The feed uses Philippine time (Asia/Manila). Calendar sync needs an account and an internet connection to create or revoke the link.

Appearance

• Theme: System, Light, or Dark on iPhone and iPad; Light or Dark on Android.
• Accent: choose a color or use Default.
• App icon: pick from the included icon set.
• Course colors & icons: personalize each course. These choices can also appear in widgets. On iPhone and iPad, color choices include a softer Soft group for less vivid course colors.

On iPhone and iPad, the classic app icon, the default accent, and the automatic course colors are free. Other icons, accents, custom course colors, and course icons are part of MySched Pro.

Widgets & privacy

Choose how much class detail appears on lock screens and widgets, such as room and instructor names. See Widgets.

Your data

• Export your data: download a JSON copy of your records.

Support

• Help & feedback: FAQs, contact, and diagnostics.
• Sign out appears when you are signed in.

Usage analytics

If MySched asks about anonymous usage analytics, you can accept or decline, and change your choice later here. Analytics are capture-only and never carry your schedule contents.
